Automation Panels

Embedded Automation Computers
Advantech’s offers a complete range of embedded automation, all of them are dedicated to providing fanless, industrial-proven and application ready control platforms. The UNO-1000/3000 series is ideal for din-rail, enclsure and book mounting in control cabinet and the UNO-2000 series is a versatile model for stand mount environments. In addition, all of the UNO product support Advantech iDoor Technology is a design concept that utilizes the mini PCIe format, by using standardized modules and interfaces, iDoor Technology gives customers the flexibility to configure the various I/O requirements based on different applications.
iDoor Module
Advantech’s New iDoor technology is a brand-new design concept which utilizes the mini PCIe format. By using standardized mini PCIE iDoor modules and interfaces, iDoor Technology gives customers the flexibility to configure the various I/O requirements based on different applications. iDoor modules include: Fieldbus protocol; digital, analog and expansion I/O; smart sensor, communication and memory. The highly flexible customization and easy component replacement gives system integrators the flexible solutions for their own projects to meet different customer needs.
Industrial Touch Monitors
Advantech industrial panel mount LCD monitors with HMI interface provide a full range of industrial-grade units with multi-function capabilities and brilliant displays. Industrial monitor series are designed specifically for harsh environments. Each industrial monitor features industrial-grade LCD flat panel with brightness, making them much easier to see. Industrial monitor products are designed for factory floor environments and can withstand the higher temperatures, vibration, and the dirt and dust that can be commonplace. High IP ratings for the bezel design enable these products to be installed in wet and dusty areas. A full-range selection is provided in sizes ranging from 6", 12",15", 17" 19" to 21".
IP69K Waterproof Panel PC
The IPPC-5211WS 21.5" fully sealed stainless steel multi-touch panel PC is IP69K rated and has a detachable product portfolio designed for OEMs and process manufacturing. It supports special functions via iDoor, iKey and an antenna, and is designed for HMIs which require better performance and functionality of machine-level interfaces used in Machineto-Machine (M2M), Internet of Things (IoT) etc which require extra protection for hygienic and harsh environments where the intrusion of dust, condensation and water jets is possible. The IPPC-5211WS can also perform a touch shut-down to avoid accidental operation.
HMI Operator Panels
Advantech offers operator panels come with RISC processors to satisfy the stringent standards required in the automation market, With support for over 450 PLC industrial communication protocols can fulfill the needs of different applications and by bundling WebOP Designer with both models lets the operator panels become a control HMI for flexible system integration.
Advantech Operator Panels also support a variety of easy wash IP66 certified LCD screens with sizes from 3.5" to 12.1" which suitable for the use of different motion/thermal controllers, inverters and sensors.
Remote I/O Modules
Advantech offers versatile remote I/O modules including Ethernet I/O and Wireless I/O which are broadly used in IoT or other industrial applications, such as facility monitoring, environment monitoring, and industrial process control. Advantech distributed remote I/O modules are categorized into two families, Ethernet I/O (ADAM-6000 series) and RS-485 I/O (ADAM-4000 series), which are subdivided into Analog I/O and Digital I/O modules. Some of them support Modbus RTU communication protocol.
