P series servoParker Servo System P Series

The new Parker P Series servo system combines compact, flexible, advanced functionality drives with high performance motors for a superior servo system, providing unique value to machine builders.

The P-Series drives operate with a variety of machine control architectures and offer sophisticated servo capability. A number of different feedback types are supported to drive a wide range of linear and rotary servo motors. The best matches are the P-Series motors, which include absolute encoders and populate motor nameplate data back to the drives for simplified commissioning.

Accurate and easy to use inertia detection leads to fast set-up of tuning parameters and minimal settling time. Advanced filtering and vibration suppression features can be used to increase throughput and improve positioning performance.

SS-EC StepSERVOLT4000M Operator Interface Plus Control

The LT4000 Series HMI offers 3.5" and 5.7" LED backlit LCD Displays. Display and Communication modules can be separated for quick mounting into a standard 22mm hole without the need to create a larger panel cutout. It offers a full graphics touch screen interface with a selection of serial or Ethernet connectivity.

LT4000M is a flexible operator interface plus control. The combination of HMI plus PLC saves panel space, wiring work and programming time. The easy 22mm modular mounting and separation cables offer location options never before possible.

These models are programmed with the versatile GP-Pro EX development software.
The LT4000M Rear Module can be used as a factory gateway device to collect data from several different networks that use multiple protocols and then relay the data to any PC.

SS-EC StepSERVO Drives with EtherCAT®

SS-EC drives support CANopen over EtherCAT (CoE) control to allow them to be integrated into new and existing EtherCAT networks. Supported CiA 402 operating modes include Profile Position, Profile Velocity, Profile Torque, Cyclic Synchronous Position, and Cyclic Synchronous Velocity.

EtherCAT is an Ethernet-based fieldbus system suitable for real-time communications for automation applications.  StepSERVO technology is based on the closed loop servo control of high torque step motors.

Lexium MDrive New Premium Motor Option

Robust Lexium MDrive products now include a premium high torque motor option for all NEMA 23 (57mm) motor versions. Torque range increases by up to 50%, while product compact size and format are maintained.

These products are especially well suited for industrial applications, including an IP65 rated version with circular M12 connectors. High torque stepper motors may replace servos, lowering system costs and delivering continuous torque at low speed. Bulky gearboxes may also be eliminated, for more cost and space savings.
