Multi-Axis Motion Controllers

Galil’s multi-axis motion controllers provide advanced control and coordination for 1 to 8 axes. Units can operate stand-alone or be networked via Ethernet 100Base-T, RS-232 or USB.  Optional integrated drives for servo and step motors minimize space, cost and wiring. Programming is simplified with intuitive two-letter commands, and a full set of software tools such as GalilSuite aid in servo tuning, analysis and trouble-shooting.

Single-Axis Motion Controllers

Galil’s DMC-30xxx series with Ethernet and RS-232 communications is available as a board-level or boxed unit to control servo and step motor drives of any power range.  An optional 800W brushless sine drive or microstep drive can minimize space, cost and wiring.  A 32-bit RISC processor provides ease of use and performance not available in other smartdrives.

Ethernet Remote I/O Controllers
