HMR High Moment Rodless Actuator
Parker Hannifin's, High Moment Rodless linear actuator series is one of the most user friendly and versatile actuator lines on the market today. With 5 different frame sizes, 2 different drive train options, multiple mounting and carriage options, and an IP54 protective cover option, along with a multitude of other customizable features the HMR was truly designed with flexibility in mind. Guided by two precision square rail bearings, the HMR has enormous moment and payload capacity bundled in a low profile, yet sleek package. The options of either a high-efficiency timing belt drive or a precision ball screw with multiple lead options allow the user to maximize performance within their system.

OSPE Belt-driven/Screw-driven Actuators
The OSPE Series (Origa System Plus electromechanical) is developed for reliability, high performance, easy handling and optimized design flexibility, offering cost-effective high performance. The main system carriers are the actuators themselves, consisting of extruded aluminum profiles with double dovetail slots on three sides, providing direct mounting for all modular options.
Belt-driven actuator with internal glider bearing are recommended for long strokes and high speed applications. Screw-driven actuator with internal glider bearing offer precise positioning with a ball screw or zero backdrive with a trapezoidal screw.

mSR - Miniature Square Rail Positioners
The mSR series of miniature, dual square rail guided, linear motor positioners have been engineered to deliver a combination of modularity, flexibility, and performance in an extremely compact package. mSR series standard features:
- Two form factors (mSR 80 - 80 mm wide x 25 mm tall, and mSR 100 - 100 mm wide x 25 mm tall)
- Standard strokes ranging from 25 mm to 500 mm
- Two center driven linear motor technologies (mSR 80 - ironcore, mSR 100 - ironless)
MX80 Miniature Linear Stage
Parker’s MX80L Miniature Linear Motor Stage, the smallest linear servo motor driven positioner in the industry, is loaded with high performance features for both rapid linear translation and precise positioning of lighter loads in small work envelopes. The direct mounting compatibility of MX80 stages enables a large variety of two and three axis combinations to be configured with ease. When optioned with Parker’s “Intelligent Servo Drives”, 2 or 3 axis stages are transformed into complete plug & run systems with easy hookup and direct operation from a PC via the RS232 interface.
MX45 Screw Driven Positioner
The MX45S is a 45 mm wide screw driven positioner is designed for OEM applications requiring reliable linear positioning in space restricted applications. This miniature positioner was designed with anti-cage creep cross roller bearings and offers the user two drive chain options; a high efficiency PTFE coated lead screw or a high precision ground ball screw.

P Series Direct Drive Servo Motor
The PM-DD servo motor is designed to provide high torque and high accuracy. Tapped mounting holes and a hollow through bore allow this motor to be used in a variety of applications that require the load to be attached directly to the motor. PM-DD motors are a perfect match with the P Series Servo Drives. The absolute encoders in the motor populate motor nameplate data back to the drives for simplified commissioning.

mPR Series High Precision Rotary Stage
The Miniature Precision Rotary (mPR) stage is designed to meet the needs of OEMs and machine builders seeking very high precision in a compact direct drive product. Two form factors of 80mm and 104mm diameter mount easily on top of small linear motion axes for building complete multi-axis motion systems.
The mPR is lightweight without sacrificing precision and stiffness and delivers excellent torque density. High angular resolution and precision angular repeatability, combined with high precision runout values, make the mPR a high performer in the field of precision rotary motion control. The mPR is driven with a direct drive, 3 phase AC servo motor which is integrated directly to the products Aluminum base. The direct drive eliminates mechanical compliance which might exist from gearing or screw driven devices.
As a result the mPR has delivers excellent angular dynamic response, and high precision rotary positioning. The combination of all of these features make the mPR the ideal stage for applications in laser processing, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor inspection, and high precision metrology.
